After an internal investigation revealed "significant acts of misconduct" over many years, Nissan is looking to remove Carlos Ghosn as Chairman along with another Board member.
Ghosn was arrested in Japan following an internal investigation into claims of missus of company assets and financial mismanagement. Ghosn 64, is accused of underreporting his annual salary for years.
